My goal, in marketing your home, is to expose it to the marketplace to reach the right buyer for your property. The following list is more than a plan; it is a promise of activities that will be performed to sell your home. My goal is to sell your home for the highest possible price in the shortest possible time!
- Submit your property to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) System and to the Broker Reciprocity System. The MLS system is a computer service which only real estate agents pay an annual membership fee to have access to use.
- Post your home on multiple websites; our local RE/MAX 4000 Inc. website www.gjproperties.com, my personal website www.grand-junction-homes.com, RE/MAX national and international www.re/max.com, www.realtor.com, yahoo! Real Estate, Google base, truilla.com and Zillow.com.
- Print Media: RE/MAX 4000 Inc. Connection Magazine: 50,000 copies are printed and distributed quarterly. (15,000 inserted in the Daily Sentinal with rotating zip codes and the balance is distributed through various drop spots ex. Grocery stores, Chamber of Commerce, hotels, professional offices etc.
- Place a sign in the yard with an attached brochure box.
- Prepare color brochures to be place in the brochure box, in all outgoing relocation packages, and be distributed to all other agencies in town.
- Conduct a virtual home tour for all agents in our office.
- "Pitch" the property at weekly marketing meetings with a captive audience of RE/MAX agents. RE/MAX 4000 continues to expand its presence in the Grand Valley area and is proud to announce the opening of the new RE/MAX 4000 Inc. office in Corner Square located on the corner of 1st and Patterson.
- Hold open houses as your and my schedule permit (At seller and agent's option).
- Create an individualized postcard to mail to my personal client base (At agent's option).
- Create and post a virtual tour of your home for the Internet on RE/MAX National, International, and Local Websites, Realtor.com etc., and my personal website at www.grand-junction-properties.com (If advantageous to showing the property).
- Consult with you on a bi-weekly basis regarding marketing activity, showings, and new ideas for exposing the property to the market place.
Since accessibility is the key to selling your home the RE/MAX office maintains a receptionist 7 days a week, in addition to being open 7 days a week and most holidays. I am also available by cellular phone.
